Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All original Platform content, features, functionality, design, code, algorithms, and technology — including but not limited to the trending algorithm, "Most Asked" feature, trust-tier system, and AI response infrastructure — are owned by ATEM Analytics, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Article content, headlines, and summaries displayed on the Platform are sourced from third-party publishers via publicly available RSS feeds. We do not claim ownership of this content. All rights remain with the respective publishers. The Platform provides citations and links to original sources in accordance with fair use principles under applicable copyright law.
6.3 User Content
By submitting questions or other content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve the Platform, including for AI training and product analytics purposes. You retain ownership of your original content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATEM Analytics, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
